GRP Sectional Water Tanks

One of the most widely used types of large-capacity GRP tank is the GRP sectional water tank.

Instead of manufacturing the entire tank as one large piece, sectional tanks are made from individual panels. These panels are transported to the installation location and assembled into the finished tank.

This design is especially useful for large buildings and projects where access is difficult.

For example, a large water tank may need to be installed inside a basement or plant room. Transporting a fully assembled tank through a narrow entrance could be impossible.

With a sectional GRP tank, the panels can be moved individually and assembled inside the designated location.

Advantages of GRP Sectional Tanks

Sectional construction offers several practical benefits:

  • Easier transportation
  • Suitable for restricted access
  • Large storage capacities
  • Modular construction
  • Flexible dimensions
  • Easier replacement of individual panels
  • Suitable for commercial and industrial projects

These characteristics make sectional GRP tanks a popular solution for large water storage requirements.
